Il servizio
CALI PARK ("l'app") è fornita da Fabio Ferrario (cali.sw.park@gmail.com). Usando l'app accetti questi termini e l'Informativa sulla privacy. Se non li accetti, non usare l'app.
L'app ti permette di trovare parchi di calisthenics, fare check-in, registrare allenamenti, giocare, sfidare altri atleti, entrare in una crew e contribuire con foto, recensioni e allenamenti.
Account
Serve un account per contribuire e salvare i progressi; la mappa si consulta anche senza. Devi avere almeno 16 anni. Sei responsabile di ciò che avviene con il tuo account e delle credenziali.
Puoi cancellare l'account in qualsiasi momento da Profilo → Elimina account.
Contenuti degli utenti
Foto, recensioni, allenamenti, nomi e stemmi delle crew e tutto ciò che pubblichi restano tuoi. Ci concedi una licenza gratuita, mondiale e non esclusiva per mostrarli nell'app e nella mappa condivisa, anche in forma anonima se cancelli l'account (per le foto dei parchi già pubblicate).
Non è ammesso pubblicare contenuti offensivi, discriminatori, violenti, sessualmente espliciti, illegali, che violano diritti altrui, che rivelano dati personali di altri o che promuovono prodotti e servizi. Non sono ammessi contatti, link o pubblicità nei nomi e nei testi.
Tutti i contenuti passano da un controllo automatico e, quando serve, da una revisione umana prima di essere visibili. Possiamo rifiutare, rimuovere o modificare qualsiasi contenuto e sospendere gli account che violano queste regole, senza preavviso. Chi accumula rifiuti o segnalazioni può vedersi limitare temporaneamente la possibilità di pubblicare.
Tolleranza zero verso contenuti e comportamenti abusivi: le segnalazioni vengono esaminate entro 24 ore e i contenuti o gli utenti che violano le regole vengono rimossi.
Segnalazioni e blocchi
Da ogni profilo e da ogni allenamento pubblicato puoi segnalare un contenuto o un utente. Puoi bloccare un utente dal suo profilo: non potrà più seguirti, sfidarti né invitarti in una crew, e i suoi contenuti spariranno dal tuo feed e dalle recensioni che vedi.
Correttezza sportiva
Reps, badge, livelli, classifiche, troni e territori sono riconoscimenti simbolici senza alcun valore economico e non sono trasferibili.
I risultati vengono controllati con verifiche di plausibilità. Un risultato che non supera i controlli resta nel tuo diario ma non conta per classifiche, record e sfide; ripetute anomalie possono limitare temporaneamente le funzioni competitive. Il check-in è valido solo se ti trovi davvero nel parco: posizioni simulate o incoerenti vengono rifiutate.
Allenarsi in sicurezza
I parchi sono segnalati dalla community e da fonti pubbliche: non possiamo garantire che esistano ancora, che l'attrezzatura sia integra o che il luogo sia sicuro. Controlla sempre di persona.
L'allenamento all'aperto comporta rischi. Valuta le tue condizioni fisiche, consulta un medico se hai dubbi e usa l'app sotto la tua esclusiva responsabilità. I consigli (meteo, affollamento, orari) sono indicazioni automatiche, non prescrizioni.

Dati cartografici © contributori di OpenStreetMap (licenza ODbL) tramite MapTiler. Previsioni meteo di Open-Meteo. Alcune foto provengono da Google Places e Mapillary secondo le rispettive licenze.
Limitazione di responsabilità
L'app è fornita "così com'è". Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti, perdita di dati, infortuni durante l'allenamento o indisponibilità del servizio. Nulla in questi termini limita i diritti che la legge ti riconosce come consumatore.
Modifiche e cessazione
Possiamo aggiornare l'app e questi termini; le modifiche rilevanti vengono comunicate nell'app e valgono dal loro uso successivo. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere il servizio, o il tuo accesso, in caso di violazioni o per motivi tecnici e di sicurezza.
Apple
Se scarichi l'app dall'App Store, questi termini valgono tra te e noi; Apple non è parte e non ha obblighi di assistenza o manutenzione. Apple e le sue controllate sono terzi beneficiari di questi termini e possono farli valere nei tuoi confronti. Dichiari di non trovarti in un paese soggetto a embargo statunitense e di non essere in liste di soggetti vietati.
Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per le controversie con i consumatori è competente il foro del luogo di residenza del consumatore. Contatti: cali.sw.park@gmail.com.

The service
CALI PARK ("the app") is provided by Fabio Ferrario (cali.sw.park@gmail.com). By using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The app lets you find calisthenics parks, check in, log workouts, play, challenge other athletes, join a crew and contribute photos, reviews and workouts.
Account
An account is needed to contribute and save your progress; the map can be browsed without one. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for what happens with your account and credentials.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
User content
Photos, reviews, workouts, crew names and emblems and everything you publish remain yours. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to show them in the app and on the shared map, including in anonymous form if you delete your account (for park photos already published).
You may not publish content that is offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, illegal, infringes others' rights, reveals other people's personal data or promotes products and services. No contact details, links or advertising in names and texts.
All content goes through an automatic check and, where needed, human review before becoming visible. We may reject, remove or edit any content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice. Repeated rejections or reports may temporarily limit the ability to publish.
Zero tolerance for abusive content and behaviour: reports are reviewed within 24 hours and content or users that break the rules are removed.
Reports and blocks
From every profile and every published workout you can report content or a user. You can block a user from their profile: they will no longer be able to follow you, challenge you or invite you to a crew, and their content disappears from your feed and from the reviews you see.
Fair play
Reps, badges, levels, leaderboards, thrones and territories are symbolic recognitions with no monetary value and are not transferable.
Results are checked for plausibility. A result that fails the checks stays in your log but does not count for leaderboards, records and challenges; repeated anomalies may temporarily limit competitive features. A check-in is valid only if you are really at the park: simulated or inconsistent locations are rejected.
Training safely
Parks are reported by the community and by public sources: we cannot guarantee they still exist, that equipment is intact or that the place is safe. Always check in person.
Outdoor training carries risks. Assess your physical condition, consult a doctor if in doubt and use the app at your sole responsibility. Advice (weather, crowding, hours) is automatic guidance, not a prescription.
Maps and sources
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL licence) via MapTiler. Weather forecasts by Open-Meteo. Some photos come from Google Places and Mapillary under their respective licences.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, injuries during training or service unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; material changes are announced in the app and apply from your next use. We may suspend or close the service, or your access, in case of violations or for technical and security reasons.
Apple
If you download the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and us; Apple is not a party and has no maintenance or support obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on any list of prohibited parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction. Contact: cali.sw.park@gmail.com.
